Attorney Michelle Hurtado is an associate at the Law Office of Timothy S. Hart. She is a Houston native of Colombian descent. Attorney Hurtado received her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Spanish from the University of Houston, summa cum lade, and her law degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law. She represents clients in Immigration Court, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Family and Criminal Court. Attorney Hurtado is dedicated to providing zealous advocacy for our clients. She is fluent in Spanish.
